​I am looking for 4-6 people that are interested in a FUN WORKOUT CHALLENGE!!!! 
5 weeks! 1 hour a week, GET FIT BOOTCAMP! 
Small Group-Personal Training.
*Start with your Body Composition Analysis, At Home Workout Plan and then once a week meet with the small group for a Full Body Bootcamp Workout! It will be fun, challenging and customized!
All levels welcome. Grab some friend together or join a group! 
Kick off your FITNESS GOALS!!!
Starting late Aug/Sept. 
Times available: 9:30 Mondays, Sunday evenings, Friday mornings. Also, available per request if you have a few friends that want a certain day/time! Message me!

10 MINUTE TACO SOUP
 
PRINT
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 (15.5 oz) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 (15.5 oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (17 oz) can corn, undrained
  • 2 (16 oz) cans of petite diced stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 (4 oz) cans diced green chillies
  • 4 teaspoons chili powder
  • a dash of onion salt

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Drain all of the beans and rinse in a colander.
  2. Dump the rinsed beans and the rest of the ingredients into a large soup pot over medium heat.
  3. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot topped with sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese, fresh cilantro, or Baked Tortilla Strips.
  5. ENJOY!

NOTES
{serving size = 1 cup - recipe makes 12 servings}

208 calories, 9.5g fiber, 10.2g protein
