5 weeks! 1 hour a week, GET FIT BOOTCAMP! Small Group-Personal Training. *Start with your Body Composition Analysis, At Home Workout Plan and then once a week meet with the small group for a Full Body Bootcamp Workout! It will be fun, challenging and customized! All levels welcome. Grab some friend together or join a group! Kick off your FITNESS GOALS!!! Starting late Aug/Sept.
